“One nation, one music, one Magnifico” in Stanežiče

On 31st August 2024, Magnifico marked 30 years of his musical career with an outstanding show in Stanežiče, attended by 23,000 fans in front of the largest stage ever set up in Slovenia for a single artist.

The jubilee concert was the highlight of an exceptional career, during which one of the most important Slovenian musicians released 8 original albums, 3 movie soundtracks and more than a thousand concerts at home and abroad (so far).

With his hits he enchanted listeners in more than 50 countries. But the best is yet to come, as new material is already in preparation and it will be released as the studio album Alpe Adria in 2025.

In addition to his Veliki disko šlager Orchestra, Magnifico was joined on the Stanežiče stage by one of the best Serbian trumpeters, Ivan Pavlović, the drag trio group Sestre and the octet Kavsov brat. The unforgettable and magical evening was concluded by DJ Jizah DaFunk.

“We sowed the seeds of love deep and wide and made the world more beautiful and better,” the star of the evening summed up the event in Stanežiče in his recognizably inclusive manner.

Special thanks for helping to organize one of the largest concerts in Slovenia go to the Stanežiče Fire Department, the Šentvid district community, all surrounding residents and landowners, and the Ljubljana Rugby Club, as well as the City of Ljubljana and its Mayor, Mr. Zoran Janković, for their support of the event.

Magnifico’s concert in Stanežiče earned Eventim's award for the event of the year with the most tickets sold in the entertainment segment.
